We will be closed for Dinner May 12th for a WineMakers Dinner.
The dinner will be 5 courses with wine for each course. The Wine served will be from Joseph Swan and the winemaker will be present to discuss each wine. Courses are as follows:
6:30 - 7:00 pm Meet and greet with the winemaker.
A sparkling wine and amuse bouche will be served.
7:00 pm Dinner will be served
Course 1:
Pan seared quail on a bed of arugula, fennel and mixed greens topped with a creamy blood-orange vinagrette.
Served with 2005 Trenton Estate Pinot Gris, Russian River Valley
Course 2:
Seared Elk Tenderloin medallion with a fresh berry/port reduction sprinkled with white truffle salt, and wild mushroom risotto.
Served with 2002 Trenton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Russian River Valley
Course 3:
Hot Stone Wagyu Filet and marinated White Asparagus Tips.
Served with 2003 Trenton Estate Syrah, Russian River Valley
Course 4:
Bison Fried Rice with an eel sauce stripe.
Served with 2004 Trenton Estate Lion Ridge Zinfandel, Russian River Valley
Course 5:
Seared Foie Gras with a Umeboshi Sauterne Sauce.
Served with 2003 Mancini Ranch Zinfandel, Russian River Valley
